Carol Sprinker has been a dedicated board member of the Jumet Charitable Foundation since its inception in 2005. With a passion for providing scholarships and mentorship to talented young men and women, Carol is especially committed to supporting students in three school districts with which she has close ties. She graduated from Riverside School District, began her professional teaching career in Big Beaver Falls School District, and currently resides in Blackhawk School District. Proud to call Beaver County her home, Carol is deeply invested in her community.

Currently, Carol serves as the Director of The Wright Promise, a private grant-making foundation focused on energizing, revitalizing, and enriching the community through support for social, educational, and religious causes. Before her tenure with The Wright Promise, she held administrative positions in both the Quaker Valley School District and the Blackhawk School District. Carol's expertise lies in fostering a thriving culture that supports children’s growth and development, a passion she developed during her years as a teacher in the Blackhawk School District, where she also met and became friends with the Jumet family.

Dr. Sprinker is a proud alumna of Duquesne University, where she earned her B.A. in Elementary Education and her M.A. in Administration and Supervision. She furthered her education at the University of Pittsburgh, obtaining a Doctor of Education in Educational Leadership and a PA Superintendent’s Letter of Eligibility. Carol is an active member of the National Association of Elementary School Principals and serves as a Regional Service Specialist with the PA Principals Association.

Outside of her professional life, Carol and her husband Brian are devoted parents to their two sons, Max and Levi. They enjoy spending time outdoors, connecting with their extended family, and worshiping together at Pathway Church. In her spare time, Carol enjoys running, reading, cheering on her sons at their sporting events, and serving on the Blackhawk School Board of School Directors.
